GOVERNOR MEMBERSHIP
A FREE BUSINESS BASE FOR, ONE DAY A WEEK ON THE MOST GLAMOROUS AND LUXURIOUS YACHT IN LONDON FROM 10 a.m. UNTIL 5 p.m.
50 entrepreneurs are being offered a ten year complimentary Governor membership of the Yacht Club.
This will enable Governors to meet their clients one day a week from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m.
They will have their own dedicated table on the Top deck and will be able to invite up to 3 clients at a time for business meetings. They can also invite clients or friends for lunch from a choice of over 20 International restaurants in the area at COST price, which will be served by the Yacht’s crew. Alcohol will also be provided at COST price
(a 15% service charge only, will be added to the restaurant bill). If members prefer, they can bring their own drinks. Bar snacks, sandwiches and hot and cold beverages will be available all day.
This free facility will enable Governors to work from office or home 4 days a week, as hopefully all their business meetings can be completed in one day in a unique and prestigious venue. No one refuses an invitation for lunch or a meeting on a Yacht.
We are offering this FREE facility because we believe it will be mutually beneficial to all. Click on TEAM in our website, to see the names of the 20 partners, who are Event & Party planners, Business persons, Estate agents, Bankers, a Solicitor & an Accountant. This facility is not available in any other business centre and if it were, it would cost at least £100 a day, £5200 per annum and £52,000 over ten years.
TEN FREE PARTIES WORTH £10,000 EACH, WHICH IS A TOTAL OF £100,000 OVER THE TEN YEAR MEMBERSHIP PERIOD.
Governors can invite 50 guests on any weekday night from 8 pm until 1am, after which 10 guests can spend the night onboard. There will be a 9 course International buffet with unlimited house champagne, spirits, wines, beers & beverages. All that is required is a fully refundable deposit of £10,000 to establish the member’s financial status. The member can cancel the membership anytime after the first year and get their entire deposit back, even if the member has used the business facility and enjoyed their first year's complimentary party.
FOUNDER MEMBERSHIP
FOUNDER MEMBERSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE AT £750 PER ANNUM.
Founder members will be able to hire the Yacht for Private parties for up to 50 guests from 07:00 p.m. until
01:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for £4250, which is 75% of the rack rate of £5750.
On weekdays they will ony pay £2875, which is 50% of the rack rate.
The food will be supplied at COST price from a choice of twelve International caterers or twenty International restaurants in the area. However, if members prefer, they can organise their own catering and alcohol. Alternatively, alcohol and beverages can be supplied at cost price.
After the party ends, ten guests can spend the night onboard and be served a champagne breakfast the next morning.
Founder members will be able to hire the Main lounge, Dining & Board room area, and bar of the Yacht (Middle Deck), for Business or Social meetings and lunch from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Mon to Fri).
Lunch will be provided for up to 6 people from a choice of over 20 restaurants in the area at COST price, alcohol will also be provided at COST price. Bar snacks, sandwiches, and hot & cold beverages will be available all day. There will only be a £50 per hour hire charge to book the entire area (Minimum 4 hour booking for £200).
An all-day booking from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. will cost £350 only.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
THIS IS A COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP AND
THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP OR JOINING FEE.
CLUB MEMBERSHIPS are available to 1200 Businesspersons and professionals (600 ladies aged 18 to 35 and 600 gentlemen aged 25 to 35.
Club members will be able to hire the Yacht for Private parties for up to 50 guests from 07:00 p.m. until
01:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for £4250, which is 75% of the rack rate of £5750.

However, if members prefer, they can organise their own catering. Alcohol and beverages will also be supplied at COST price.
After the party ends at 01:00 a.m., five couples can spend the night on board and be served a Champagne breakfast the next morning.
Club members will also be entitled to attend the following parties every year:
A New Year’s Eve party for 500 members.
A party for 500 members at Ascot on Ladies day.
A party at a Premier Polo Event for 500 members.
A party at a Formula One race event for 500 members.
A one week cruise in the Mediterranean for 500 members every September on a Chartered Yacht ship.
24 members will be given the opportunity to present an Investment proposal to their fellow members, on the first Wednesday of each month between 06:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. in Canary Wharf.
Prices for the above parties and cruise will be posted on the Club’s website in July.
